How about requiring parents to attend a Keep Your Kids Catholic class while their kids are in their first communion classes whereby a small group could cover the points in the book over a cup of coffee?
Great idea! There actually is a parish in New Hampshire doing that very thing! I know of some other parishes that did retreats or mornings of reflection using the book.
